Mission Statement

The PD committee strives to provide resources, tools and contacts for UW-HOSA members to become confident, and professional health-care providers. Moreover, we work to create a network for those members to become connected to the academic and professional world.

Committee Point Requirements

Active role in an event/organize an event
Contact and meet with an advisor about HOSA
Write a grant
Meet with the chairs at least once per semester

Organized personal statement workshop
Impressive biweekly campus updates
Lots and lots of fundraising!

Expectations

Attend all meetings
Take minutes at least once
Attend one other committee's event
